Reached Minimum Payout

Today I reached minimum payout of 5 Us dollars at Persian Ptc. But I don't know when will I got be paid or if they will ever pay me for there are still over 2000 ahead of me still waiting to be paid. Have you experienced being paid by Persian Ptc ? Do they really pay ?
