Do you ever work out at a local gym, or at home? Do you think your body are positive affected by working out? Personally I never work out on gyms or at home, and I don't feel I need to do, I'm still young and are outside a lot.

I prefer working out at home 2-4 times a week as I don't want to pay any gym membership he he he...My body feels better as well as my mood after I work out. If I stop working out for a week, then my body feels sore... If you're outside a lot and you walk a lot or do that type of activity, then it's good. :-)))) Stay active then!

I never go to the gym for a work out. I just doing stretching and walking. Little jogging on the stairs up and down. Sometimes every weekend we go out for a mile walking on the dales or in the park. I just doing little exercise not too much.

Hi, I absolutely love working out! I have a weakness for those home exercise machines that you can purchase from some of those wacky tv channels!! I cannot afford to go to the gym so I exercise at home, about three to four times per week. I do feel better though as a result of this. I have three machines which I workout on, the Gazelle Freestyle XL, the Ab Lounge XL and the Totalgym XLI. They are terrific pieces of equipment and they actually work, no gimics!! If you are getting exercise whilst you are outside then I guess it's your choice not to go to the gym or workout at home. As long as you are getting some kind of exercise then I think that this is alright. I hope to live forever or as long as I can by doing the things I do. Andrew
