imho there are a lot of moments in a day where the cellphone must be shut down or set to silent, if you use your cellphone for work i know that seems impossible but everyday someone decide to call you around 9.00pm 10.00pm for talking about something he need, c'mon a bit of etiquette :)
i use to turn off my cellphones around 8.00 pm , it's like a drug exploded 15 years ago, i take a breath after 8.00 pm :)
and you? have your cellphone turned on 24\7?
