PMS Weight gain

I wish I wouldn't gain so much weight before my period. It is so frustrating. I feel great right after and think I'm keeping my weight at a good level then two weeks later I get hungry more and start gaining weight and think I'm getting fat real fast only to find that when I finally get my period it goes away. I'm always afraid it's gonna stay there one day and I will not get to my normal weight again. Does anyone have any suggestions? I heard thAT water pills two weeks before works a little but Iwould think that would be bad for you. Is it? Does anyone know? I don't want to take any appetite suppresssants either cuz they are bad for you too.

I suggest you flap the underside of your rib gently for 5 minutes, where is the position of your liver, just before your breakfast, lunch, supper and so on. The best strength of flapping is which you feel comfortable not pained. Flap the liver will accelerate metabolism, so fattiness will be decomposed quicklier, and you will lose weight.
