I am cooking a chicken soup now

Oh gawd! Please send some over my way. I am sick as a dog. This cold did not sneak up on me at all. I woke up with a sore throat yesterday, drank Echinacea tea all day but it slowly got worse. I didn't sleep well last night. My throat is still scratchy, my nose is stuffed up, I'm a little hot, and my legs are killing me (that's the fibromyalgia flaring due to the stress of the cold). This is the first day in my life that I have not had a shower, though I'm tempted to soak in a hot tub. I feel like crap. Chicken soup sounds really good about now.
