Do you know what a sambal oelek is?

and sambal bajak and kaffir? my family is right now in indonesian,singaporean and thai foods. Nasi Goreng is one of the best rice preparation I tasted. I first tasted it in Indonesia,then Singapore then Malaysia. I do believe there are different ingredients in every country. But I was told Sambal oelek is a must in order for it to be Nasi Goreng. My family get to eat this in Krua thai restaurant and Banana leaf asian fusion restaurant here in the Philippines. The Thai version is diffrent from the indonesian/singaporean/malaysian though. We are going to try a vietnamesse restaurant too...cany anyone recommend a special dish? thank you and happy eating!
