Health is an important aspect of life and gets great focus from everyone. But among youngsters they don't have an impact. When age goes up we grow health conciuos. I recently grew concious that i have to concentrate on good health. so am doing sopme exercises and tryning to learn good habits on eating timings, water consumption, and all that. How health concious are you? What are the things you focus on? Anyuseful tips / suggestions just share.

It is certainly very important question although we have a habit to pay little attention to it. Basically the people of the region to which I belong are lazy and lazy to any degree one can think and this is why we are not interested in the health-building process. From standard 9th onwards we tie our students to the private tutions and the syllabus of the school leaving examination and then to the JOINT ENTRANCES and as a direct result to it the consideration for the we miss deliberately. Persons of my age take a morning walk and that too not with the sense of regularity. The final result is a tragic one. The money one needs for the medical treatment for aging is not always available. Hence the question of our health conscious must be raised again and again please.

I am somewhat health concious, but not too much. I try to exercise once a week and eat less oil and that too cholesterol free oil. I try to put some vegetables in anything I cook. I try to drink warm water in empty stomach early in the morning, since its believed that it removes toxins from the body. I sometimes squeeze lemon in it too. Its still better. I avoid red meat totally. That helps in restricting uric acid formation. I try to eat atleast one fruit daily. Sometimes I forget. I donot do anything else. I know its not sufficient but thats all I can do really.

I am fairly health conscious. I am only 21, but my family has a medical history of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, thyroid disease, and many other health problems. Since a lot of these things can run in families, I know that I need to be careful of my health now so that maybe I can avoid some of these problems later. I also already have arthritis, so that makes me a little more conscious as well. I try to eat well, and I take vitamin supplements as well as fish oil. I don't get as much exercise as I should, but my weight is healthy. I think the most important thing to remember in living a healthy lifestyle is everything in moderation. I don't deny myself foods that I want to eat- I just make sure that I don't eat the less healthy ones in excess.

I really am not very health conscious. I should be since I'm getting older, but I just don't pay much attention to what I eat or how much I exercise.
