I just love sweets. After a sumptuous meal, I must have something sweet to eat. Could be a pudding or a sweet, just something which gives a sweet taste in the mouth. Some times if I do not find any pudding, i have a piece of jaggery or a spoon of Bournvita or even a spoon of sugar. Whenever I go the the market, I go to a sweet shop and buy a quarter KG of sweets. My wife and daughters have a good laugh. They say "Papa has bought his quarter KG." It lasts for 2-3 days.

OK, you're post makes me laugh because I am exactly the same way. After even a huge meal, I want just one little after dinner mint (chocolate of course). Years ago my husband and I were watching Monty Python's flying circus and they did a sketch about a very fat man who ate this huge meal. After the meal the waiter came with a little thin chocolate mint on a silver platter. The man said "oh no, I couldn't eat another byte." To which the waiter replied "It's just a sliver." They argued back and forth several times and finally the man gives in and eats the mint and literally explodes into a thousand pieces. Kind of gross I know, but ever since my husband and I have had a running joke after every meal cuz I always want "just a sliver" of chocolate no matter how full I am. LOL.

Well after "juat a sliver" I want another one.I compensate for it by doing a little bit extra exercise the next day. I do an hour and half of yoga each morning to compensate, but sweets I must have.

I love sweets! If we don't have anything sweet in the house, I send my boyfriend for doughnuts! After dinner I always want something sweet.

I do like sweets but I limit it to one each day. It's the rule that you have to follow to stay healthy. Most of the time, it depends on what type of sweets that you are buying instead of the cost of the sweet that you are purchasing. Control the amount of sugar you put in your mouth before it becomes too late.

Oh my I love sweets too! I have chocolates every day! I just had sweet pudding for breakfast. If I were diagnosed with diabetes it would be the worst torture for me. Sweets just make me happier. Brownies, ice cream, shakes, cakes, muffins, cookies--I love them all! I can't see myself ever giving up on sweets until the day I lose all my teeth!

I also love sweets! I am trying to be careful lately not to eat too much of them, cause I'm trying to start eating healthier, but I can't resist having at least a little bit each day! I feel the same as you--I need to have something sweet after a meal. For some reason I just don't feel totally satisfied after a meal unless I have a little something sweet afterward to top it off!
