This movie shows the power of the human spirit. This man was facing execution for what he was doing.I don't recall the exact number of people he saved but he spent his own money and risked his life to save over 1,000 people during the war.He was a great man and deserves much praise for all he did.If you have not seen it this movie is a must see, very moving and proves that there is power in some people to do the right thing. Not everyone bows down and goes along with the majority, some know right from wrong.

I only recently managed to watch this movie and it was well worth the wait. You can't help but be touched by the quality of the acting and the overall story line. To think that these true events occured only 60 years ago is remarkable. I can't recommend this movie highly enough and along with The Pianist ranks as my favourite World War 2 movie and certainly far outranks The Good German in quality.

Yes Schindler's List was a wonderful movie, one of my all time favorites but I can't watch it too often because of its graphic nature. It breaks my heart that people could treat other people in that way. If you like that movie and things on the subject of the war and saving Jews and like reading I recommend the Zion Covenant book series by an author named Bodie Thoene. The other thing I loved about Schindler's list was the way it was filmed.

I watch the film twice. I very impressed with the story in this movie. Save thousand human lives without a purpose. Many things that we can to see the film like that. Especially of human subjects.

Schindler's main reason why he kept those Jews alive is due to his business which he cannot give up. Since he need manpower, thus he almost got into trouble why he chose to have Jews as laborers and not Germans. One reason might have been the cheap labor. All they needed was a shelter just to survive. This movie is one of my all time favorites. It does not only touch about the triumph of good over evil, the undying belief that such merciless and brutal killing will come to an end and the historical impact of what Schindler had dome to those Jews. They were the only ones left thus becoming the main roots to produce the current jews alive today, including Spielberg's mom who happens to be a Jew. It was a movie requested by his mom to be done so that we will know the story behind.
