Tim Burton's version of "Batman Forever"??

In case you didn't know, before Tim Burton had abandoned the Bat franchise, his original plan for the third film was to have Robin Williams as the Riddler and Shawn Wayans as Robin. I believe he talked a bit more about what he was going to do, not sure if he mentioned Catwoman returning or not, does anyone know anything else about his version of the movie that never was?
