Yes I try to do this and it does make you feel a lot better within yourself, and it makes you think a lot too, and seems to clear your thoughts this is why I have been enjoying taking my neighbours dog for a walk every day, it makes it more pleasurable.

Hi friend,I am practising this tip everyday in my life very seriously.I like to walk everyday.I walk 5 to 6 kms and it refreshes both the mind and body.I feel very healthy only when I walk everyday.We need some activity or other and so walking is the best exercise.thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.
