How to end TERRORISM

wel..as any every knows terrorism is a big problem all over the world..who's being the reason for death of many innocent people ...so guys..can you please post your advices and views..to stop terrorism..
and hope every one is aware of the recent blasts in few places in India..many innocent people were dead..

I am not sure there is an answer, hatred seems to be planted so deep in some of these people, maybe they have to start with the young ones and hope they can break the cycle of hatred. I don't think they even know why they are fighting...I wish someone would come up with the answer.
