Do you online banking that is free aside from paypal?

Guys please help me here, I have two banks accounts but I don't have a credit card. In paypal they only allow credit cards to be link to the account so what I'm looking for is that a Free online banking wherein I can link one of the ATM cards that I have. Thank you and Have a blessed day.
Here are my two bank accounts:
MetroBank supports Cirrus and BancNet
Philam Teller supports AIG and Megalink

Hi you can apply for EON card to nearest Union bank near you, the payment is only P350 for the annual fee. This is a debit card VISA which you can use to verified your account and same thing withdrawing your funds directly to your eon card. Best luck!

i don't have credit card too, i also wnat to link to my bank acount. but as for your question, i don't know, it's better ask you bank.

i have found something out already, and you cant link your bank account but you can withdraw earnings and pass it to your bank account.. Its what I want though..

Well if you don't want to open a union bank account, you can try alertpay where a check option is available. I already inquired about this and the said that a check and wire transfer option is available in our country. The check option fee is $3 while the bank wire is $20. They also said that a debit card would be available later this year so maybe i could wait for that. But with these two options, currency is in dollars. Meaning you got to have a dollar account. I have a bdo dollar account which has minimum of $200. Hope you find the way you like. Happy Mylotting!
