Hi friend,I walk 5 to 6 kms everyday. But I dont restrict my diet.I love eating variety of food.I include vegetables in my daily diet and week ends we have chicken or mutton. But I never feel like missing my everyday walk.As walking is the easy and simple exercise we can do it regularly, but other exercises like going to gym and yoga there are chances to miss.thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.

yes sreejithsreenivas, yes it is simple and bestand does not involve any costs! i would like to add that simply walking or strolling will not cause any much change . so what is required is one should walk when yur stomach is not full as in the morning quite briskly so that you exert presuure on your belly and other muscles and sweat it out!! it will definitely have its own impact!!

it is good to be healthy rather than to be sick! so i will prefer to have all possible things to keep fit. i know prevention is better than cure . so why to get sick? so from walking , jogging , going to the gym and taking some food supplements all will be taken care of!!

sure kushank55 as many things as possible to keep fit. it is like having chapati or rice alone it will fill the stomach but this alone will not be enough since all nutrients can not be expected from one kind of food . so it is really advisable to have every thing which is required food supplements, exercise etc. one can know from his own experience what is needed for the person!!

yogo is the best in my opinion. It doesn't require you a lot of effort, on the contrary, it require you to do it within your comfortable zone. That's said, it's easier to stay with it. as for the result, yoga has been the greatest thing to keep me fit.the result is noticeable. But yoga can't make you some shapes of 6 packs :-) To gain some packs, you have to do weight lifting. I do yoga 3 times per week, weightlifting twice per week. I think it's the best combination.

yes dear yoga is the physical exercise in the best form . it is like a concentrate! it is scientific and a particular yogic exercise can be repeated to get a desired result!! and if supplemented with meditation can become a great asset to the individual!! and i would like to add nothing can substitute the other thing each step has its added benefits!!

if you ask me. I do much simple things to keep fit. Firstly i will always keep in mind to avoid overworking and always eat a balanced diet. I think everyone should eat meals regularly in the right quantity. I always work out after i woke up in the morning. It did not take much time, just 10 minutes only. Then always playing football with my friends. Playing football regularly can keep you fit in a fun way.
