Can Someone Tell Me How To Use

an animated picture as an avatar? This one here has the sparkles blinking but I don't know how to get it to work. Do I need to change the picture to a jpg form and if I do, how do I go about doing that? Or how do I do it if it's not jpg?

This kind of things are called animated gif.First of all you have to get a gif animation software. Use Ulead Gif Animator or Search Yahoo for "
Animated Gif" to get he software. Then create a small size about 50*80 pixeland then use the tools in the software to make your desired result.

I think it is a matter of just making it smaller in some way, mine did't move whe I first put it up but someone in here did something to it and now it does..I think it has just been made smaller how that is done I don't knw..I hoe someone here can help...
