do you use shampoo everyday?

I don't apply shampoo everyday, i do it twice or thrice a week, so that it will not damage my hair, scalp and brain.

I use shampoo daily i like to shampoo daily my hair was silky hair if i cannot use shampoo daily my hair was stricky i want my hair shiny and silky so i use regularly shampoo. if we can use shampoo daily our hair makes shiny, so i use shampoo then weekly once i use oil for my scalp on Saturday night and i make bath on Sunday then my scalp get oil Sebum then my hair shows shiny.

Yes, I do shampoo everyday. It's hot and dusty here in our place so I need to shampoo it everyday because if I can't, I'd feel sticky and dirty. I just apply small amounts with water. Have a nice day!

i use shampoo everyday. i just dont feel my bath is complete without shampooing my hair. as for the oil sebum thing! i really have no idea. my scalp is itchy if i lapse using shampoo. i keep the regimen. i dont want to have dandruff! :)

I do. If I don't wash my hair everyday, My scalp gets itchy and I can't take it. Beside, I spend my day outdoor, so it's very easy for my hair to get dirty.
