When you read books, Do you read one book continously and completes or you will read books randomly. I have just started reading habbit and i am reading my first book. I read a single and plan to complete it.

I read one at a time book. I read fast and so I usually can finish 3 to 4 books in a day, that is if my kids would allow me

Reading is a very good habit. It enriches your knowledge and language. It also relaxes your mind in times of stress. I usually read one book at a time and then start another. Reading randomly causes headaches and confusion. I may get the plots all mixed up.

It really depends on my mood; if I am not in a situation where I am busy, then I will read two or three books. If I am busy, I may just read one book and take a few weeks or months to get through it. As for you, it's good that you're getting into reading. Happy reading!

I like reading many books within a day, nothing will be completed and so going on for many days. My tastes are different and vary from Fiber optics, mathematics, psychology, health, cosmetics, cultures, and so on. So difficult to stick with one book. Happy myLotting and keep on reading.

I was a book worm in my teenager time, and I did the both strategies, sometime concentrate to only one book, and as a result I can finish it about 2 to 5 days, depend on it size. Sometimes I read more than one book in the same time, but in the same category... I think both of ways have pro and contra. As long as you continue your hobby, the way is not the matter... Anyway I don't spend much of my time reading the book now. I prefer reading from internet...

I usually read 3-5 books all at the same time. And I always make sure that I finish all of them. Though sometimes I fail especially when the book didn't get my attention. I easily get bored reading just one book. The moment I get bored I pick up the other book. Then the other and then the other. That's how my book reading goes. ;D Keep on reading! It's never a waste of time. ;D

I usually try to finish the book I'm reading before I start on a new one, just so I don't forget the things that happened and end up having to read the first few parts of a book again. As to the speed of my reading, well, I could finish a book overnight, if I have the time and am really into it but I usually read chapters of a book at a time so it takes quite a while before I normally finish reading a book.

Reading 1 book at a time is easier for me, as I tend to read quite large books that have 700+ pages. I've tried reading two books at once and I ended up forgetting what was happened in one and got the plots mixed up, wondering why something hasn't happened or something like that.

i used to read mini novels continously and finish reading 90 pages in 45 mins. maximum, i would read 5 to 6 novels if i am free. if not, i will finish one novel in 5 or 6 days. hehe... because of busy life. i love reading... so much..

According to me its the BEST to complete a book and only then move on to another. Because, reading books makes us travel with course of the story in our mental world of imagination and we do justice to the author only by its completion. Reading books is like having food. I can't suddenly switch over to dessert while having a soup.

hmm i'd prefer to read just one book, finish it and then only move on to another book. however, i guess you can say that i read two books at a time literally, because i have one at home...and also i have a book in my car, for me to read should i be waiting for someone/something for a long time.

I usually read one book at a time. I don't like to read many books at one period of time. I've tried it before but it turned out that I have to repeat a little each book just to refresh my memory after reading another book, so, I prefer to read one book at a time. I know that some people can read many books at one period of time but not for me.

I love to read. I used to read a single book at a time but now that has changed. I love reading several books at a time. The funny thing is, I never seem to lose track of where I am in any given book. I want to read as many books as I can and I also keep a catalogue of all the books that I have read, I keep a log on my computer. It's nice to read a single book at a time because you are giving one hundred per cent to that one book but, to read many books at one time, this is also very enjoyable. Thankfully I have never started a book that I was unable to finish. Reading, I just love it!! Andrew
