Where do they get these cute headers/banners?

Hi guys. Am a new blogger and have been searching for really cute and chic headers - the ones most blogging moms have on their blogs. Have searched it under pop art though it is not really pop art. It is like 3d avatar, but i could not find any of those designs in sites offering templates and layouts. All i want is just that header and which i could also use for my widget card. I tried it make-your own avatar in meez but i want the entire thing - the header design. Perhaps you could check out these designs i am talking about in cookwithmetoday.com, sasha-says.com, clickdtalk.blogspot.com. There's so much but these are the sample blog design i really want. I guess they are free but i couldn't seem to find these kind anywhere. My blog is in blogger. It looks so boring now. I hope you guys can give me some suggestions and tips.

You probably won't be able to find a good header image to use that is pre-made. I think that it is important to make your own so it will be specific to your own blog. For my photography blog http://hollyannephoto.blogspot.com I just took one of my photographs, resized it to meet the standard size for blogger.com, then just typed some text over it. Hopefully you have PhotoShop or something to do so, but even if you only have paint, you should be able to create one!

I have never used pre-made header images . I have two blogs , one is a foodie blog and the other is about many other stuff . both of my blogs are on Blogger and I have made my own custom header images in PhotoShop . I am afraid that you have to find someone to do the job for you if you do not know how to make the right size header image .
