Do You Use Thermal Underwear?

Are you someone who easily gets cold.
How does your body react to low temperature? It is not yet winter but the weather man sometimes predict a night of 1 degree and have sometimes issued a frost alert.
I am pondering on getting a body warmer to be able to endure the cold days when I go outside the house. But I was told you can be uncomfortable wearing them if you are inside the house or office. Do you wear one?

I never wore thermal underwear. We hope we may not need that as we are not feeling much cold here. People residing more cold places can wear the same and will be useful to them.

I am from South of INDIA. and it is really very very hot and humid here. so, there is no point in using Thermal Underwear. But, recently, My friend had been to MANASA SAROVAR, a place inside TIBET/CHINA.... which is considered the abode of LORD SHIVA. WITH its mount Kailash, and the natural spring, .. inside HIMALAYA Mountain range, it is a very very cold place.
And, for that tour, he has purchased adequate thermal wear.
