When we go to church,we make sure that we have received the blessings of the priest before we go home. Others go home right after receiving the communion. But the blessing is also an important part of the mass right? Do you finish the whole mass yourself?

yes! I feel not complete if i just turn my back from the Lord without his blessing. Being the highest form of worship, we have to participate in every little message of the mass. We find the entrance interesting because we welcome God into our heart, by the Reading ,Responsorial and Gospel, we come in journey with Jesus to accept him as our savior; thru the Liturgical rites, giving His body in memory of his passion and resurrection, we join this family of Christ to come in glory , and the blessing we have from Him, and by the God almighty, we acknowledge the spirit to come with us as we go along with our life. The sound of praise and worship song, we come and enjoy to sing with the angels the glory that comes from heaven. Fill the spirit this rites has given to us by the mother church of God and await for his coming, that we deserve to come into his Kingdom. Bless us all!

well yes ofcourse!! and then whats the use in attending the mass? if you are there till the end? as you said! its really important that, we receive the blessing of the priest before we go home! even i come across people who dont even attend full mass!! either they would come late or they would go soon before even the mass ends!!!.. but we cannot stop them,, saying dont go untill the mass completes!.. i would really wish i could say this to those kind of people! but who knows how they would react! if the priest would be a bit strict in telling them not to leave the mass in between!! that would be nice!
