Wedding ring or tattoos?

I like the idea of a tattoed wedding ring better than getting an actual ring. Here's why; 1. Wedding rings stay one size all of your life, while your size changes throughtout life. In order to get it resized you'd have to take the ring off which you're not supposed to do. 2. Wedding rings can be taken off--tattoos are FOREVER. 3. There is zero change of someone stealing your tattoo. 4. Tattoos can be of any design you can think of. 5. Rings are itchy. 6. Rings can get caught on things. 7. Rings can get lost. 8. Stones can become loose and fall out. The downside is that; 1. Tattoos are painful. 2. People get divorced and tattoo are forever. 3. Some people and businesses look down on people with tattooes. What do you think? Does anyone here have a tattooed wedding ring? If so, how much did it cost? How much did it hurt? Is there anything I'm missing or not considering?
