How can one live a stress free life?

stress is one of the issue that need to be address because it affect every body.every day i go out for my job and i still find time to attend to my family member and some other things i can 't mention.please i want your comment can one live a stress free life?how?

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better.

I believe everything will be fine as long as you try your best~~~ so please be relax and enjoy everyday in your life~~~ don't trouble yourself with the needless things~~~

Of course you can live life without stress. Join Indian order of saints. Or any monastery. Just joking ok, but it is actually possible to live life with minimal stress. The simple formula is to know and limit your needs. Needs actually make us feel stretched. Do not do that and you will get a lot of peace. Money is the worst thing if consider stress as bad, money creates stress. Try Mylot for fun and not for money, peace will be yours. discussions are to be genuine. second thing is be genuine or truthful. If one has told truth then he/she doesnot have to cover it up. sO STRESS will be less. Do not try to find answers to everything that creates stress too.

Stress is a natural thing in human being. The definition of stress is a physical, mental, or emotional response to events that cause bodily or mental tension. If you still have body, feeling, and emotion, you will never live a stress free life. So you have to be realistic about it. The most important questions is not about how to live a stress free life but is how big the stress effect you in the long term. It will surely effect us but for how long and how big? How long that it takes to bring us back and achieve higher level rather than trapped in the stress condition that push us down and make us insane in the long term. The main question is how to manage stress into a positive thing in your life.
