Hi, yes, I've been keeping tabs on the Davis Cup matches, though I haven't really been watching them, particularly the Spain vs U.S.A. semi-final. Of course, I'm cheering for Spain. The Davis Cup's team play format is quite interesting, too. =)

Sublime Nadal clinches Spanish victory - World No. 1 Rafael Nadal turned in a virtuoso performance to defeat American Andy Roddick 6-4 6-0 6-4 to secure Spain’s place in the 2008 Davis Cup by BNP Paribas Final.
Congratulations for Spain's victory! It's hard for any team to beat Spain when they have Rafa Nadal... The US team was inferior and they could only win the doubles match. Let's see who Spain will be playing in the final.

Yes, congratulations to Rafa and the entire team. Spain seems to be dominating in sports this year. =) I'm looking forward to the finals. Hopefully, a cable channel would feature it so that I can watch the matches live. =)

I recommend you the site myp2p.eu for online live sports transmission. I'm sure they will transmit the Davis Cup final. They transmit even some of the not so important tennis tournaments.

I am following it a wee bit. I am hoping Russia can come back against Argentina. USA vs Spain is an intersting matchup, want to see that one extended.

The Russians managed to take the semi-final into the decisive match. It's all up to Andreev to take Russia to the final, where the Spanish Armada awaits.

I used to watch a lot of tennis but got really bored and annoyed when Henman was playing, as he wasn't any good and the British commentators went on and on and on and on about him. I've started getting interested again because of Andy Murray, not just because he's Scottish but he's also a Hibs fan. Having said that I've missed most of it and probably won't see any of it at all.

It's a shame that GB did not beat Austria, which meant Great Britain were relegated to the Euro-Africa zone. I mean, Andy Murray did the best he could, winning both matches. Whereas Alex Bogdanovic should've done better against Peya or Melzer. I think that if A Murray played in the doubles, then we could've won the match. I think it was a terrible idea that John Lloyd decided to let the inexperienced Ross Hutchins to pair alongside Jamie Murray. What's a better pairing you can get with J Murray and A Murray?
