Do you use a Shampoo/Conditioner while bathing

Hi friends!
Most people will use a Shampoo with a Conditioner to keep their hair strong.Do you use one.I dont use a Shampoo often,I will use it once in 15 days.Do you use it everyday ?

yes, i use shampoo and conditioner too, but i don't use it everyday. I wash my hair with shampoo only once a week, it's enough to make my hair feel clean and light
