Love-It means showing concern for a person,caring and affection towards the people.
Lust-Its concerned with the desire to have something from love.
Do they go hand in hand ?

yeah think so, but i just think lust is much shallower than love, but when you love someone, you likely ta have lust on him/her.

yes love and lust go hand in hand..(",)..love is that union of outgoing concern for the one loved and her/his desirability to him/her...love does not produce s*x arousal at sight but when you're romantically involved, lust is just a normal thing between lovers..lol..(",)
