city of god? is it happening in your city?

I don't know what prompted to start this discussion . But it is very relevant to my city . Crimes , particularly committed by the youth is growing rapidly . All sorts of crimes are now causing headeche both of the civic society as well as the Police . But because of involvement of children of highly placed people is standing in the way to controlling these crime .
