Why people hate office or boss?

I would like to here practical experiences from the board members about why employees hate his/her boss?
My Opinion is try to enjoy the work with cooperation instead of spoiling relationship with bosses, is it correct?

I would say i have a pretty good relationship with my boss, I don't see him that often which helps lol. Seriously I think it is beacuse I do my job to his liking and have had no problems with him since I started.
