I live in the Philippines and I see a lot of signs boards. These signs are just fine, but seeing signs like NO SPITTING, NO URINATING, I think it would be off especially when inviting foreigners in this country. What is your opinion about that? Do you think it would be OK to post signs like those?

that's the sad truth... we can't remove those signs cause there are still a lot of people who needs to be reminded of those good acts before they do it... it is somewhat very depressing for our country but it's what we need to teach people.

Well maybe for as long as there are Pinoys who still that habit there will be posts like those. I guess if those would not be posted the habit will continue to flourish. I can even observed that even those posts are there already there are Pinoys who still do it despite the post/warning moreso if that post is not posted there maybe more will do it. It may be off but its just the self discipline of the Pinoys that is really the problem not the one who posted that warnings.

these signs are really eyesores but what can you do? This is the reality of our country there are just some people who spit and urinate just everywhere. We can only be truly be proud to foreigners if we have "no need" for these signs anymore. cheers!

I find these signs hilarious but at the same time, really sad and depressing. We actually need signs to remind people not to spit and urinate on the streets and on walls. I think we still need those signs because a lot of people still do it and never learn. They need to be reminded all the time. If these people would stop doing these things, then we would not need those signs.
