Do you know how to shape balloons?

Do you have the talent of designing balloons? How I wish I can do some. As a child, I loved balloons. I think every kid is fascinated with this bubbly thing. Now, its amazing how talented people can do with this thing.
Check out the picture I attached.My family attended a birthaday party for a 1 year old nephew and see how we all enjoyed.

It may sound strange but I have always been frightened of balloons, when i see anyone with one I tense up and seem to just wait for the big bang, I just hate it when they burst...

I guess you have to fill it first with air. Then make sure the air won't go out. Then, just tilt it to the left, tilt it to the right. Go on ways where you think could shape it up. Just be careful not to make it pop. I am JUst guessing. I haven't tried shaping one. ehehehehe
