hypocrite is not likely to be one's favourite character. however, sometimes we ought to pretend not to be ouselves in order to fit into the crowd.we always do things like everyone else does or else, you wouldn't have anyone to listen to you. sometimes you feel like you want to voice out what you want but you had to hold back. do we have to be hypocrite to be acceptable by your boss and your colleagues?

Yes, i do agree that we have to be hypocrite to be acceptable by those people we work with. But for me it's not important as long as you do you own duty, your responsibilities as friend,as staff,as employee or as a boss! I believe people will accept me as i am as long as i'm not 'hurting' them.
