Which is important ?

Well, there would be nothing to gain in doing that, lol. No just kidding. Of course you are right that if we would spread the money out evenly over all nations, there probably wouldn't be anybody hungry right now. The problem is, rich nations are power hungry and there is nothing to gain in just giving money away. The world is simply not based on the principle of communism but capitalism. That said, the big bang project is aimed at better understanding how things develop, how we developed. We just don't really know what knowledge we can gain out of this project. Thus far, however, we can thank it for the world wide web. The scientists around the world needed a good way to communicate and exchange documents. So they created the www based on the good old internet system. Similarly, cell phones the way we have them today that also came out of this project. Who knows what else can come out of it. Maybe even a way to grow food in the desert... You just never know what it is good for.
