My Bank Ripped Me Off, Accidently!!!

On Thursday, I went to my local bank and purchased a roll of quarters. What they did not know was that the roll that they sold me had a Canadian quarter in it. I saw the quarter before I attempted to use it and thought, how nice, they are putting Queen Elizabeth II on the quarter now. But I got a rude awakening when I put it in the vending machine and it refused to register and kept falling to the coin return slot. Finally, I took a good look at it and was tickled pink by the realization. A friend of mine was right next to me and commented on how smart the machine was for rejecting it. She also wanted the quarter, but just for being so smart, I kept it for myself. I really is a nice picture of her on the coin. So have you ever been cheated, accidentally? Tell your story right here.

hi dear rozie, yes it tentamounts to cheating . bu still do not call it so. it is some mistake somewhere and i know it is human error. since you know the machines are smarter and they can make out whether it is real or foreign. any way they gifted you one precious coin of your liking!!

Yeah, I really do like the coin a lot. Although, I am having a pretty hard time keeping up with it, LOL. I need to find a special place to keep it.

Well I was working at the Fairfeild Inn as a housekeeper and when I got my check and deposited it and then wrote some checks they ended up bouncing. Not on my part but because my paycheck bounced.Well they had to pay all the fees the bank charged me.

Oh my, I know that had to be pretty upsetting. I am glad that everything was worked out properly. A friend wrote me a bad check once. I had to fight with her to get her to do right by me and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. Although, the friendship was saved, I will never be quick to do anything like that again.
