My son started to walk at around 12 months. He is now two years old and his mother hardly keeps up when chasing him.

Thanks for your response and for sharing that your son started to walk around 12 months and that he is now two years old, aww I can only imagine I have been told that 2 years of age is the time when they are full of energy and well that time will come for me to lol.

My 4 year old starting walking when she was about 6 months old she was holding on to things at first. But by the time she was about 7 and half months she was walking all by her self. Now for my baby that is one she didn't start walking intell she was 11 months old. It was big difference how fast my oldest daughter did stuff compared to her little sister does it.

Thanks for your response and for sharing your experience with both of your kids and how it was a great difference of when they both started to walk, 7 and 1/2 months was around the same age I started to walk.

I remember that my son starts crawling when he was 4 to 5 months old. And at the age of 8 months he started to stand up and climbing the stairs now he can managed to let him self stand for a few seconds. It's nice that you going to see any development on your kids in every stages of thier life. Happy posting.

That is great that your child is already getting around so young. Now you will have to chase after her! That isn't always easy. My son took a while before he began to walk. He didn't walk until after a year old.
I remember when he would try to stand and walk around his play pen while holding on with his hands. It does bring up good memories. Then the fun started when he started walking and running around too much. It isn't always easy being a mother.
