I feel bad and Sad when i hear christmas songs...

Here in the philippines when the BER month begins it means Chrsitmas is approaching, you'll start hearing christmas songs, you'll begin to see some christmas decors and this made me feel sad and feel bad... I should be happy doe this coming season but on my situation i cant knowing that i'll be away on christmas,i cant be with my kids.. and the sad thing there is this is my youngest baby's first christmas, I feel bad that i'll be away... i feel bad coz i cant be with them, when you are in my situation will you feel the same way? how will you handle it?

Hi, It is a mix feeling for me! I am sad because I am too far away from my family to celebrate christmas, and it makes it hard because I'm in a country that doesn't celebrate christmas the way we celebrate in Philippines. But I am happy also because I am with my husband and the two of us can make each other happy. Maybe its possible for you to leave the country after christmas so you can spend time with your family and to your youngest baby. Advance Merry Christmas to you.

You're lucky coz your husband will be with you, in my case its not. I hope i'll leave after christmas but i cant coz im already booked this first week of october and i cant cancelled it anymore...

Why don't you give them a call. Or why can't you take your leave. If im on your place, id rather prepare myself for the circumstances of being away from your chidren or family.

I will feel bad, but I'm going somewhere that it's also for their future. But while I am here I want us to be happy, I can't show them that I am feeling sad or weak. I have to be strong even it's breaking me apart. I just want the best for all of us. I'll take a lot of pictures to carry on with my trip. I'll start doing vedios of all of us. It will be a quality time that we wont forget and will all treasure it. Life is a journey and sometimes it's a sacrifice. God be with you and your family.Have a nice day!
