What will you buy for your gift basket?

If you are to give somebody a basketful of gift for Christmas, what will you put in that basket? Are going to put some chocolates and other goodies in it in it? Or you would put fruits? or some groceries? What do you think is good to be put in your gift basket?

i really wanted to give a basket full of groceries that my in-laws can use and eat like coffee, sugar, canned goods, a bag of rice...but im afraid i do not have the money.

There are lots of less expensive gifts that will be perfect for your in-laws. The thought of giving counts more than the cost of the gift.

It would depend on how old the person who will receive the gift basket... Teenager... bath products that really smell nice... Single in their twenties... chocolates... Married in their thirties... canned goods... or different pasta... Forties... fruits... Fifties... bread... It is always nice to receive and give gift baskets...
