Are you an early riser or a late riser?

I am now a late riser after I gave birth. The demands of my child at night makes me awake the whole night almost. How about you, are you an early riser or a late riser?

I'm an early riser because I try to get to work early to avoid traffic jams. In that way too I could still eat breakfast and not worry about running late.

Waking up early is the best way to beat traffic and from getting to office late.

Well that's so understandable if you have a little one...but I'm an early raiser because I have to get my kids off to school.

I was an early riser when my work demanded me to wake up early... but now that i can sleep a little late... i rarely rise early... only when i need to... i hate waking up very early in the morning... and i tend to be very cranking the rest of the day when that happens...

I can be either. I have to get up at 6.30am for work on a Wednesday to Friday. At the weekends though I set an alarm for about 9am, but don't usually get up at this time, although it has been known. Usually though my average time for getting up at a weekend is 10.30-11am. If I am going out anywhere I can get up earlier though. If I am doing a Sunday boot fair, then I will happily get up at 5am. On a Monday, I usually have a day off, so I could stay in bed, but my son gets up and leaves for school at 8am so I like to get up to get on with things once he has gone out. On a Tuesday, I have to be at college for 9.30, so like a Monday I get up about 7am and then this gives me a few hours to do any last minute college work. This is not set in stone with me though. Give me a week off, during school holidays when my son doesn't have to get up either and I can sleep for England in the mornings. I do have problems at night sleeping sometimes though, so my body clock gets right out of sync.

It's great that you can somehow mange to adjust your body clock. I admire your that because I can't do it. Great.
