The Philippines. Actually, it's already shown on TV. The Ugly Betty in the Philippines is entitled "I Love Betty La Fea," and it is starred by the famous and beautiful Filipino actress Bea Alonzo. I love the story and I watch every night during the weekdays. Have a nice day!

So funny. Actresses and actors there are great. They do their roles well specially Bea, Ruffa, Vhong and I forgot the name of the beautiful dumb secretary

I really don't know the X factor of the original Betty de la fea and how it manage to have so many versions. I watch and like it though, but I don't have the slightest idea what makes it such a worldwide hit.

I really dont know too. But when she poses, smiles and do all the betty stuff. All I want to do from that point is laugh... I think thats the X factor.

i've been thinking maybe it because that while most tv series have a beautiful lead ugly betty have an ugly one making it different from the rest.
