Unable to Redirect

I am so frustrated I love my Firefox most often but all the time when I go to access my email (through Cox) it tells me the address is directing in a manner that will never complete and this goes on for hours. If I switch over to my I.E browser though it lets me access it with no issues. I can never get a response or find an answer to why this keeps happening. Anyone else having issues accessing certain sites repetitively? Or any advice on how to correct this problem?
