Clixncash unable to access domain???

Hello i have been with clixncash about a year ago. Few days ago, i was able to access this site. All of sudden, today tried to access and got error saying i was not Allowed to access this domain? Huh.? how come? For your information, i hailed from sg.. -_-'' Anyone have faced this problem not allowed to access this site clixncash? Is it possible that my isp blocked this domain accessing? If have blocked,my isp should have done donkey years.. :(
