I recently learned that exercise can help you get/keep beautiful skin...is that true? Because that would defeniatly be more reason to exercise! lol. Anything to help me clear up my skin a bit! Thanks :)

If your pores work better when you sweat, then I would think it would be good for the skin. It would keep them clean. But if your pores tend to block up, maybe not. If the skin problem is unused adrenaline or some kind of hormone that exercise would use up, then it would probably help the skin. Most people refer to the increased circulation and kind of exercise glow that some people get after they exercise. Sweat put impurities on the skin on the surface and then a shower can wash them away. As long as you use glycerine or something that doesn't bother your face. DOVE is about the only thing besides glycerine that helps mine. Take care and good luck.

So Dove products work good for you? Any one specific you would recommend? I'll have to try those next :) I always wash up after I exercise, don't want to give the sweat a longer chance to worsen my face! lol. Thanks :D

DOVE for sensitive skin. Anything that says that works for me. It doesn't mean it will work for you, my problem is rosacea. But DOVE does work for lots of people with different types of sensitive skin, so I suppose it's worth a shot. Check out their site, they might even have a free sample of something (usually it's their new stuff, not the sensitive skin that's been around for awhile).

They say, because you perspire a lot and you drink water after . The more you perspire the more water it needed to sustain the lose from perspiration so this make your skin look young and always fresh. I tried this and it really works.
