Best way to earn online ?

Hi all
I have a very simple question ^^
I need to get some more money, but don't find any good ways to earn online..
Either the minimum payout is too high, and it takes forever to reach it, or they simply don't pay.
I am looking for something that pays me with paypal..
So can you please tell me a good way to earn money online ?
