Need advice on my tapsilogan..

I am opening my tapsilogan hopefully next week after we get hold of my business permit. I was wondering what else do I need to fix. I love tapsilog that's why I planned on opening this kind of business. I am presently employed, working on graveyard shift so I still have time during day and a little nap would do for the moment. I just would like to ask you guys if you ever have any suggestions on how I can make my business run smoothly. I already have the plan on how to acquire supplies and all, although I'm planning to run it hands on with the help of my brothers at first. I'm just anxious on how to start it. I mean on the opening day. Help please, anyone?
