I just read the news as i am browsing upon the web, reports said that a 4778 carat diamond in its finest form was found in Lesotho by a mining firm based on that place. Preliminary examination of this remarkable diamond indicates that it will yield a record-breaking polished stone of the very best colour and clarity. The diamond, which has not yet been named, has the potential to yield a 150 carat polished stone. Photos of the diamond has been rumored around and its flawless cut will be seen in the picture.

read about this one as well in the net. i sincerely hope this is not a conflict diamond. money has a way of distorting the truth. anyway, those who possess the diamond is already set for life financially. reading the article, thoughts of the movie "blood diamond" keep creeping up in my head. all those wasted life for a couple of carats of an overly marketed piece of stone. anyway, may this diamond be put into good use. cheers!
