Can't get myself to jogging!! Help!

I am not much of a morning person. I just can't get up at 5:00 am and get my self to jog And I am becoming fat day by day!! Most affected area is the upper part of my body. I go for a half n hour walk in the evening and its not working. I need some home remedy for this. I want to know if there is some exercise which can be done at home by self to reduce specially the tummy fat. I tried doing abs crunches at home but that's not helping as you need to do some jogging with that as well, as doing simply abs doesn't help. I must tell you I am very hungry in morning so I can't wait for my exercise to have breakfast. I think we can do some exercise at noon as well, but how much hours before lunch or after lunch? or after breakfast? Please I need help!!

I don't know how much help I can give, but I hear you..One thing is you have to eat before exercise, eat something that isn't fattening, save that for afterwards..That is because after your blood is pumping from you running, your metabolism is also moving fast and anything you eat then will burn up faster than if you were at rest.. Also, do watch for too much fatty foods, especially pork, where it can make deposits where you don't want it to..I try to eat a kosher diet, I feel that though not eating kosher won't keep you from heaven, I believe it will keep you from there longer..I believe we are meant to eat certain things, and pork and lobster is not one of them. You say you walk some. Walk as much as you can..do you have any physical things you like to do? tennis, volleyball,swimming or dancing? Grab a friend and go do something fun and drink plenty of water, preferably filtered water because tap water is not that good.. I hope this helps, not that I have great abs or anything, but this might be a start for you to get healthy which is very important..

Hi Stella Just want to add, as u r fond of eating, just try to have grilled or boiled food, it will help u a lot tooo other thing, may be u try, in morning have two glasses of warm water with one tea spoon of honey and one medium size lemon. it will be help ful in removing fat from ur Tummy and other part, No Comments, LOL

Yes cupid, I believe that you shouldn't drink ice cold water, it is hard on your body..I forgot to mention that..

Its Ok, I mention it u r right cold water and Soda are not good but i am sure u will agree they are tooo tempting in Summer Take care

hey cupid thanks for your response.. Please the below response I gave to carmelanirel and see if you can help me... I think am not into much of the physical activities.. But again I get get up to jog.. If I do then I get lethargic for the whole day!! And the mood also sinks down!!

Hi, Don't do the exercise that you hate but do the exercise that you love doing.

stop eating milk products, best exercising at home is yoga if u r interested check it out.........

the best home remedy i can suggest is you walk up an down the stairs a dozen times... it will definitely help you to get fitter... don't think doing workouts in the noon is such a good idea ...
