From where you heard about ptc first?

I wondered sometimes. Yesterday I tried to understand some of my friends what is PTC. But, I cost lot of times but they do not understand it properly. They have huge questions and I am tired answering all. I cant remember my first day in ptc clearly. I think I joined from a blog. But I can remember I was inactive at first. I did not beleive someone will pay me only for viewing ads. Now, I am super active as I know they really pay. What about you? From where you heard about ptc first?
