I just had my son's second birthday. Instead of a party, we took him to a local museum, out for lunch and ice cream, and then had the grandparents over for cake and ice cream. It is not necessary to have a big party for each birthday. I think it makes it more special to do different things each year.

I think for little girls that age a fairy party is nice, where you can have a lot of sparkle and fairy things, fairy cakes, fairy bread which in case you don't know is cake sprinkles on bread and butter and you can cut the bread into nice shapes with a cake cutter...you don't have to have an expensive things, kids of that age just love colour and all the excitement...I hope it all works out well for you...

she looks so cute and i hope her face would suit her more if she is dressed as a bunny, that would be even exciting for her to see her that way....get a cake and some balloons, balloons placed in appropriate places could be very decorative and infants like balloon a lot, after the small party, can take her out to beach or any other place which she likes the most and spend time there
