text messaging is a great phenomenon, making communication easier and faster, just write it down using your cellpone keypad and then send, presto there goes the message faster than our eyes can see...unlike before where written mails and telegrams were used it takes a lot of precious time and days for your message to reach destination, and the answer goes the same before it reaches you...they say filipinos are fond of using text as their medium of communication making us the text capital of the world,,at least...the reason for this is the speed and accessibility to the medium and of course text messaging is very far more cheaper and practical to use...how about you is text messaging been a part of your daily life?

I think we live in a very easy world to communicate in wih cel text, phones and emails but when I first read your message here the thing that struck me was: does that make us better communicators? I just wonder with all this electronic messages, are we really missing the point about what people are saying? Are we losing touch with communication on a deeper level instead of surface texts? I just see so many young people sitting around talking on their cells when there are people right in front of them that the don't interact with. Strange. What do you think?

Text messaging is part of my daily life. Sending text message is more cheap than calling. I can give many information in text message. As student, I need to share information and contact my group members a lot. Using text message is more easy and comfortable me. Moreover, my network provider gives text message in cheaper rate than calling.
