I'm not sure but you could survive maybe about 7 or 8 days.

Sky Juice - Plain water for drinking
I have never try not to take any food or drink any water for more than one day.But I can be sure that I can stay alive without food for a day but not without water.I like to drink water and I drink at 1500ml of water every day. How about yourself?
