It doesnt matter how early you get up or how late you go to bed. The sun is up and down with out us. Its more or less up and down for us. With out it we would not be here. The world would just be frozen clear though. The sun gives such beautiful colors off but only twice a day if you take the time to stop and look. I think everyone should take a lttle bit of time for them selfs " which I know is not always easy" and just go sit out side and watch either or maybe even both. Its chilly here so when I go out to watch I'll take soemthing warm to sip. Likey hot tea or cocoa. Its a good time to stop and simplely just bearthe or think if thats what needs to be done. So do you watch the sun set or rise? And when was the last time you took time to do so?

Hello,Nandi! The present lifestyle of majority of our urban population does not allow us to wake up early morning and go for a walk.Walking is a good exercise if undertaken during sun rise or sunset as the sun rays helps in many ways to our skin and body as a whole. But we are not taking advantage of it because we sleep late in the night and bet up late for which we miss to enjoy the rising sun or sunset.I am also not enjoying this for a considerable time.thanx.

Oh you are more then welcome bb! And you are right there is some much good the sun actly does do for our bodies. I do have to say I am up fairly early but I know I am up very very late too. Its mainly on be half of the fact that my husband does not get home from work till 11pm or 12am and I wait up to see him and his not always about going to bed when he walks in the door. But we still get up early almaost everyday we have kids have to be ready for school. Thanks for great comment :)

Good that you can time to enjoy the show! Sadly, for most of us, life today is not conducive to relaxing and enjoying the spectacle the sun puts on every morning and evening. It seems, most often, we are at the wrong place at the wrong time. In the morning we are still in bed because we went to bed too late, or are in a rush to get someplace. In the evening most of the time we are distracted by TV or internet, or duties that must be cared for. Oh to go back to the simpler life whre we had the time to enjoy the sun's show. Peaceful! Delightful! Thank you for reminding us! :)
