Do you respond first or create topics first when you log on to mylot?

When you first log on to mylot, what actually do you do first? WHat is your priority?
1. Respond to the new interesting discussions?
2. Create your own interesting discussions?
3. Check/Comment on your previously made responses and topics?
4. Check on your profile page and/or earnings(in detail)?
5. Go on a friend adding ritual?? 
Do you do anything else too? Add that too.
For me I go in this order:
1. Check/comment on my own previously made responses and topics
2. Check on my profile page and/or earnings.
3. Respond to newer discussions
or
3. Create new discussions
3 is variable - whatever would interest me more.

I would my earnings first before anything else..lol...
I usually respond to discussions rather make my own...When I was then a newbie here I do make posts everytime I log in here but later on I just prefer to respond and I seldom make my own posts.

what i do actually is check my email and look for any responses on the email. i respond to everyone who respond back to my response and after responding to all of it, i would go to the top discussions and start responding to those discussions that i enjoy.. then when i cant find good enough discussions in the top discussions, i would go to friend's started discussions tab and start responding discussions started by my friends.. well, i seldom really start my own discussion..hehehe

Yeah, I belive you do that, since you reply to every comment made on your response. Its good to find that you are being active in replying to your friends discussions. I am happy to be your friend. Keep replying to my discussions, thank you for doing that... Well, I am asking you to do that because lately I had started an interesting discussion(ie its interesting only if you LOVE mylot!) and I think its motivating... lol. Oh by the way, so you reply to previous discussions then to create new discussions, right? lol... well, good way! So that you don't miss out new topics! lol... Happy Mylotting!

Usually, I start with keeping an eye to friendship request and messages tab. Then I respond to a new and interesting topic in today's top discussios, followed by responding to discussions from my friends. Then for responses to my discussions and comments to my responses, I moniter and workout on them from my e-mail account that is attached with myLot! And finally request for friendship and any other related activities. I have a taken pause now for making new discussions.

I don't have steps while I mylot. I basically do everything through my email. So I kinda do it randomly. I receive all notifications of my friend's started discussions so I know what discussion to respond to. I also receive notifications if someone responded on my post so I am able to comment back on them.
If I couldn't find any interesting discussions from my friends that's when I use the mylot tabs. I hunt for interesting discussions from other users not in my friends list and accept friends thats over a week pending.
I do my unresolved discussions before logging off or sometimes if I'm not in the mood to respond and post.

Its indeed a good method - I just take the notifications from the email, but well, I manage everything to mylot tabs only... Can't handle many mails...LOL! Thanks for the response and Keep posting... and Keep being in the mood to respond and post!

LOL... the ritual could be changed sometimes based on the mood, but here is what I usually do:
1. check my started discussions and answered them if there are new responses
2. check in my responded answer and see the progress of some interesting topic that I have involved.
3. go to the 'new' and 'no response' at once with 2 different tabs and started to race in the 'discussion hunting'
4. make some discussions if I have some idea
5. check my best response
6. go to the friend started
7. go back to the number 3 because there are usually new discussions added there
8. go back to number 1 for the last check before logging out

Wow.... quite a routine! You don't check emails? They help you track everything on mylot well! You might want to start a topic about that lol... I am tired of starting any more...lol... it seems like I won't be able to reply! I can't find time to respond to new discussions until I finish with my topics lol!

LOL. no I don't check mail that often but I do check mail but only in a glance there must be come notification here and there about this and that but none from myLot, I turned of all notification from forums that I joined because there are too many notification there in my e-mail LOL

It depends on what I have in my head at that point when I logged in to myLot. If I already have a discussion in mind, I would then go ahead and start the discussion first.
If I have no discussion to start, them I would check my email for any responses to my discussions or any reply to my responses and I would them go and work on those things.
Once that is done, then only I would go and look for any discussion that I can participate and at the same time I will be replying to messages left by others as well as approving any friend request.
Normally, throughout the day, I will be repeating this cycle until I am already too tired to do anything online anymore. Then, the next day, this cycle will be repeated and yes, it has become my ritual on myLot...

i usually just respond to people's discussions when i am here... if i have more time, then i will create discussions and look at my friend's request and accepting them... also, adding comments to whoever had replied to my discussions... that's about it i think... take care and have a nice day...

Hi there Amagnimo!
When I visit myLot, I check on the responses I got for the discussions I have started whether those that I have just recently started or those that I have started long time before. I also check on the latest topics under my list of interests. From there, I do respond to the discussions that I find very interesting. That actually takes most of my myLotting time. If I have topics in mind, I would start my own discussions few minutes before I log-off. Those are practically the activities I have here on myLot.

I don't earn here on purpose. If it pays, I won't mind anyway. At first, I am kind of screwed! A classmate sent me a link, which is www.mylot.com! I just blindly logged in! However, I didn't know so much about it! It was but last month, I started a discussion and impressed by so many excellent responses! Thus, I am interested now!

Usually when I log in I will:
1 - If the earnings are updated I will check my earnings, if not then I will check my comments and replies I got to the discussions I started.
2 - Reply to some discussions that are in my interests
3 - Reply to some discussions that my friends started.
4 - check out the hot topic discussions, if I see anything interesting I will respond.
I will go back and forth between discussions and especially the ones I started, If I see someone has replied I will go read and respond back then I will go back to responding to other peoples responses. Whenever the earnings are updated then I will go check that out. I hardly ever go to my profile page.

For me, the first thing I do when I log on to mylot are; respond to new and old interesting topics or any topic that interest me, then check or comment on my previously made responses or topics, after that, I Check my profile page and earnings and next is go on friend adding ritual. I rarely start discussion, so it wasn't listed on my daily routine here in mylot.

i don't really have a sort of predetermined order of the things i do when i get on mylot. my only priority is to post, it doesn't matter if it's a new topic or a response to a topic or a comment. oh wait, i do check my earnings first before doing anything else LOL but as for posting, it really depends. sometimes a topic that interests me catches my eye, i read it and i post away. but if i already have a topic in mind when i get on mylot, then i start a new discussion first. it varies from day to day.

Hey that's good that you aren't monotonous like me, after all. But these days, I don't get time to search on other topics... no topics to respond nowadays for me, cause I lack time... I just have to first respond to my topics...that I made previously, and I am happy my topics were liked by people and responded actively... Currently I have one topic which is good, IMO, but I haven't got many responses...

I usually first check my discussions that I've created before and see if I've gotten any new responses, if I do, I reply back to them. If not, I check if the users from the discussions I've participated in have responded back to me, if so, I reply back again and if not, then I look for more discussions to participate in :D.

The first thing I do when I log in is look at new discussions posted by others, friends and the ones from the 'my interests' section. I enjoy putting my opinions across and this caters for that perfectly. I'm a very opinionated person so this site is ideal to let off some steam.
Perhaps on occasions I might log in and start up a discussion depending on the discussion in question and how fast i'd like a response.

I would usually take a look at those who responded to my previous discussion, then scan into the the topics I like where I can respond easily then I would check on my earnings. Minutes later, I would think of what to discuss.

I usually just respond to a handful of topics and if I feel the need to create a new topic, then I will. Otherwise, I just respond. I don't like feeling like I'm talking about nothing, you know?

i have the much simpler ritual during my being on mylot:
1. checking my existing discussions and following them up by commenting on responses they get.
2. responding other discussions, especially under 'my friend started', 'new discussions', 'no response' sections. well, i rarely visit the 'today's top discussions' section. they are already top anyway, without my response, right? LOL
3. going directly to my friends' profiles to find their recent discussions to respond.
4. meanwhile, i will open my email to especially find notification of new comments there, wondering if they need further comment(s) or not.
5. starting new discussions if there are some topics to start.

Well... but its great if we can stick to a routine, in order to be quite sure that we do everything we want! lol. I sometimes miss responding to friends discussion looking after the discussion already created. But then, its rude not to check the discussions we made- its more rude then not replying to new discussions, right?
You have a nice way of dealing mylot to! I am happy to find someone to be using emails since they help a lot in keeping track of all the discussions and stuff. Today's top discussions sometimes gets hectic to reply to because you already have so many things lol, and even our mind craves to get read, and many users who have acheived top discussion dont read our responses, because many just don't look back even if they have a great discussion made(why should they waste time reading new responses, all will more or less be the same, right? - attitude). Anyways, its great to see that you are particular about responding discussions, because not many do that! lol.. Thanks for response.

When i log in First i check the responses for my discussion
then i will give replay to then
after that take a look at discussion
then i will go to new discussion in middle of others discussion
then add some photos to my account
